If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to write. We use this only to reply to you and to have the conversation you have asked for about home help or companionship. The note-drafting form on our contact page does not transmit or store anything: it simply helps you compose a message that you then send yourself by email.
Like almost every website, the server hosting this site keeps standard technical logs for a limited period. These can include your IP address, the type of browser and device you use, the pages you request and the time of each request. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, and to investigate errors.

Our contact page embeds a Google map so you can find 466 Caerleon Road easily.
