How visits work

We like to keep things simple and honest. Here is exactly what happens, from the first cup of tea to the fiftieth visit.

A proper chat first

Jen or a member of the family pops round — or rings if easier — to hear what would genuinely help and what a good week looks like for you.

A plan, written down

We agree the days, times and tasks together and put it on paper, so everyone knows where they stand and nothing is assumed.

The same friendly face

The same helper comes each visit, at an easy pace, with time built in for a natter as well as the jobs on the list.

We keep in touch

A quick word with family after visits when wanted, and the plan is reviewed regularly so it still fits as life changes.
